Meet the Surf to Summit Fam
Surf to Summit is our family’s craft.
My love for coffee took root on deployments across South America; in 2010 I started roasting at home and never stopped learning.
Through 16 deployments, Valerie, my very patient wife and a fellow veteran I met in the military, stayed, steadied, and believed. Our kids, Ava and Kobe, are our world; they grew up weathering the separations and remind us why ritual and connection matter.
In 2023, I retired and we finally had the runway to build this business, to share great-tasting coffee, human connection, and the daily rituals that keep us grounded.
We’re a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, sourcing with integrity and roasting with discipline so every cup offers a calm before the day’s storm, from our family to yours.
